Today however, the catalogue is varied and vast with the likes of Robbie Williams and Coldplay, as well as our homegrown Australian talent such as Kasey Chambers, The Living End and Jet. In the day to day environment our team, consisting of the Head of Capitol, Label Managers and a Coordinator, work towards introducing new music into the Australian market place. Overseeing everything from production of the finished CD, to planning how and where to place emphasis on the media mediums such as press, radio, TV and online (in conjunction with our Promotions team), as well as the approaches we use to gain profile at your local record shop (working with Sales).
