Operation’s role is to originate and produce all product that is released through the marketing labels, and to ensure that sufficient inventory levels are held for the Company's complete catalogue.

The department is responsible for the raising of label copy (which consists of track listings, composers, and publishers), importing finished product from overseas, and various point of sale material from posters to in-store display bins.

Manufacturing parts are received for compact disc production from overseas, consisting of cover artwork and music masters. Artwork is sent to our printers, where CD booklets and inlays are printed. The music master is sent out to the manufacturers where the CDs are produced and then delivered to our Distribution Centre.
