EMI Music Australia Pty Ltd (“‘EMI”, “us” or “we”) is
committed to protecting Your privacy and strictly adheres to the National
Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This Privacy Statement sets
out our policies on how we collect and manage personal information. Please read

information to EMI You are indicating that You agree to the terms of this

Information Collected
Generally You can interact with EMI without disclosing any
personal information and EMI will give You the option of transacting with us
anonymously whenever it is practicable for us to do so. When we collect Your
personal information, we will generally only require Your name, address, email

experience with us.
